You can donate and/or pay us to host your goods, or you can host any part, or all parts, yourself, optionally including running your own hub and publishing ring.
No more dependencies on or trust for massively centralized (and thus controllable and controlling) platforms such as Substack, Patreon, Facebook, etc.
Here is your escape-hatch from Substack, Patreon and similar ilk -- This is a free plug-in for any existing Wordpress that instantly provides Substack-like and Patreon-like features, except there is no necessarily centralized authority.
All code is 100% open-source: We can run it, your friends can run it, you can run it - in whatever capacity desire, skill and comfort allows. You can choose to have us "host your hubWright", or you can have your technically-capable friends "host your hubWright", or you can "host your hubWright" yourself. The whole point is to not trick nor trap anyone in any new thing, but to provide genuine 'freedom of the presses', from end to end.
It's increasingly, painfully clear that, no matter where you go to publish (Patreon, Substack, etc) and invest your efforts, Big Brother somehow creeps in (or maybe was always there, just hiding, waiting) to inevitably impose its dreaded authoritariana; therefore, why not own and control The Whole Thing yourself? This is one way to do that and guarantee your freedom by utterly removing your dependence upon technologies wielded by menacing companies. You already own the content and the copyright; with hubWright, You also own the tiered control and distribution (via the hub(s), all inside your existing Wordpress blog that you already own and control.
You can join one, ten, 50, or however many hubs you like. You can establish your own hub with a single click. You can easily locate other hubs (it works peer-peer like napster, torrent, etc). You can move the hubs around, cross-maintain backup copies of members, etc. There will be no more shut-downs, lock-outs or Draconian demands for age verification, identity, or anything else. That's not just some future dream; rather, it's right now via this free tool.
